Derek and Katie
We have expanded our cooking staples from Chicken Parmesan and Stir Fry and seek to continuously try new ingredients and new cuisines.
Currently based in Chicago - we make it through the harsh winters by heating up the kitchen. Derek is more of the "gourmet" while I tend to keep things "health-focused." Our combined views usually work together to create something delicious and not horribly sinful. Having gone gluten free nearly two years ago - we adapt recipes to fit our wheat-free diet.
We are food lovers. We are wine lovers. And we love to combine the two in the comfort of our own apartment. We work together and treat the kitchen as our own playground.
